- Check device eligibility for promotion. Continue to the "Appraise" step to see details on eligible devices.
- Go to Microsoft.com and purchase select qualifying Surface or Xbox devices.
- Create a PDF of your purchase confirmation or confirmation email (show me how)
- Restart trade-in of eligible device, and upload proof of purchase for your qualifying device. To receive your Microsoft 365 Personal trial with purchase of qualifying Surface device, you must provide your Microsoft Account email address, as requested in the form.
- By uploading your proof of purchase during the trade-in process, you will be authorized to receive additional promo value.
