• The housing must be completely intact without cracks or missing parts, and cannot have any etchings or asset tags.
• The computer must power on and boot all of the way to the desktop.
• All of the keys on the keyboard must work, as well as ancillary keys like volume and mute.
• The device must support normal operation without being connected to a charger.
• All other facets of the computer must function normally, including but not limited to wireless connectivity.

In order to qualify for not working condition, any of the following will be true:

• The screen does not work or has cracks or dead pixels.
• The housing has cracks or missing parts, or has etchings or asset tags.
• The computer does not power on or fails to boot all of the way to the desktop.
• All of the keys on the keyboard do not work, or ancillary keys like volume and mute do not respond.
• The device cannot support normal operation without being connected to a charger.
• Any other facet of the computer fails function normally, including but not limited to wireless connectivity.
